Ford Police Interceptor Utility

Purpose-built for the Ford Explorer Police Interceptor Utility: quick access to critical gear, modular configuration and fully secure storage. It works with K9 cages, partitions and most existing upfits.

Combination tumbler lock
Keyless, and the agency sets its own combination: no fumbling for keys, and no lost or broken ones.
Top deck
Side rails make a second secure storage area on top, with tie-down points built in.
E-Tray
A low-profile tray of American steel with a black e-coat, mounted under the system to organize and protect the upfit’s electronics and wiring.
Mounted to the chassis
The brackets bolt directly into the factory chassis X-brace, a foundation built to withstand high-speed pursuit forces and G-loads.
Materials
High-density polyethylene, a galvanized steel subframe, a cast aluminum drawer handle and a stainless steel ruler and edge guard.
Room underneath
The 9.3 in of clearance also takes a Honcho 80 Storage Case beneath the drawer system.

Truck drawer systems

The system DECKED is known for: drawers that roll out from under a deck that still carries a load, so tools stay organized, out of the weather and in reach at the tailgate. Full-size pickups get two drawers side by side; midsize pickups get one wide MegaDrawer.

Compression-molded from fiber-reinforced sheet molding compound: stronger than steel, lighter than aluminum, weatherproof, and it will not dent, rust, crack or fade.

No-handed opening
Press the start button with an elbow, a shoulder or a hand; gas struts lift the lid.
Locks and seal
Tamper-resistant locks, dual-side buttons and the H2Zero gasket keep thieves and weather out. Steel inside the lid adds theft-resistance and rigidity.
