Seat covers cut for your exact seats
TigerTough covers are made in the USA from 1000 denier Cordura and designed for one seat style or one vehicle, with airbag tearaways tested by an independent lab. As an authorized TigerTough dealer, we order them for your truck, patrol car or fleet, and fit them.
Which cover fits the job
Three fabrics, chosen by what the seat has to put up with. All three are cut for the seat they cover.
Ironweave®
Ironweave® is right for people who are hard on their vehicles. It’s built for drivers and operators who deal with dirt, grease, sharp tools, heavy gear, moisture, and constant abuse. Think construction crews, fleet drivers, heavy equipment operators, farmers, first responders, and anyone who treats their truck or machine like a tool, not a status symbol.
If your seats see mud, sweat, metal edges, dog claws, or work on a daily basis, Ironweave® is the right fabric.

ShieldTech®
ShieldTech® is a great fit for first responders, especially law enforcement and EMTs (or anyone who handles bodily fluids), as well as fleets where vehicles are shared across shifts. It’s also ideal for crews putting in long days around heat, sweat, grime, and other liquids on the daily.
It is the same 1000 denier Cordura as Ironweave, with antimicrobial, anti-odor, and moisture-wicking properties built into the fabric.

Tactical
Tactical seat covers are built for people who spend their entire shift wearing gear. If you sit down with a duty belt, radio, holster, cuffs, or other hard-edged equipment on your hips or lower back, these covers are made for you.
They are built from highly abrasion-resistant 1000 denier Cordura and DWR coated, which makes them waterproof. Every Tactical cover carries the Ironband: a second layer of Cordura across the lower seat back, right where the duty belt hits the hardest.
Features and specifications
- Duty belts and hard gear grind into the seatback every time you sit down, which is where factory seats usually fail first
- Reinforced seatback panels take the abuse instead of your upholstery
- Prevents early foam breakdown and torn seams caused by radios, holsters, cuffs, and tools
- Maintains a proper fit even with repeated in-and-out movement during long shifts
- Extends the life of fleet and patrol vehicle interiors, reducing replacement costs
- Keeps vehicles inspection-ready and professional-looking longer
- Designed specifically for working in uniform, not just commuting in work clothes
Pros
- Reinforced seatback specifically designed for duty belts, holsters, and tactical gear
- Reduced wear in high-friction areas where standard covers fail first
- Longer service life for both the seat cover and the factory seat underneath
- Maintains a tight, professional fit even with frequent in-and-out movement
- Ideal for law enforcement, security, corrections, or anyone wearing gear on their belt
- Available in both driver/passenger sets and driver’s side only
Cons
- Slightly more expensive than standard Ironweave covers
- Overkill for drivers who don’t wear duty belts or hard-edged gear regularly

Built the same way on every seat
No TigerTough cover is designed from pictures, measurements or estimates. Each one is patterned by hand on the actual seat it will cover.
- Three-piece cover
- The seat back, bottom and headrest are covered separately, so the seat adjusts exactly as it did from the factory and each section gets the closest fit.
- Stringlock
- Two strings run side to side under the seat and the Stringlock locks them together, so the cover fits tight and stays put. Nothing is held with elastic, which stretches, or adjustable clips, which loosen.
- Airbag tearaway
- On any seat with an airbag in it, the cover has a tearaway designed in so the airbag deploys exactly as it should. The design is tested by an independent lab.
- Double-stitched seams
- Every seam is stitched twice, once on the inside and once on the outside. There is no decorative stitching, which would only make the cover weaker.
- Headrest holes
- A detail the headrest normally hides, cut to stretch over the plastic trim on the seat and tuck under it for a clean, finished look.
- Breathable
- No foam and no vinyl. The fabric breathes like the factory seat and runs cooler than leather or vinyl in summer.
- Made in the USA
- The fabric is grown, woven and dyed in the USA, and every step from design to shipping happens here too.
- Unconditional warranty
- If a cover breaks or wears out in the warranty period, it is covered however it happened: defects, normal wear, abnormal wear and plain mistakes.
Your department on the seat back
Covers can be embroidered with pretty much any logo: a department patch, a company logo, or a safety message in its place.
Add-ons
- Seatback pockets
- Room for gloves, small tools and the things too bulky for the glove box. They are sewn on when the cover is made, so they have to be ordered with it.
- Seat organizer
- Pockets for everything from a tin of mints to a laptop. It fits any seat with an adjustable headrest and comes off when someone needs to ride along.
- Rattle-free hard hat holder
- Holds every style of hard hat, on the front or back of any seat with an adjustable headrest.
Pro Floor Liners
3D scanned to your vehicle’s floor and thermoformed from TPE, so they drop into place, stay there, and don’t curl.
- Non-Slip Micro Grid
- Hundreds of tiny raised bars give the liner grip while water spreads out in a thin layer in the recesses and evaporates quickly. Three raised heel pads protect the spot where most drivers rest their right heel.
- Exact fit
- Pro Floor Liners are designed for your specific vehicle. Every curve, corner, bump, and divot on your vehicle’s floor is 3D scanned and accounted for, so your floor liners drop right into place and stay there.
- Won’t curl
- Thermoformed TPE holds its shape where cheaper vacuum-formed liners turn every curve into a stress point. The liner also stops at the threshold, where a thin lip would get kicked every time you climb in.
- No odor
- No smell of fresh, hot plastic. They meet every vehicle manufacturer’s specification for odor levels.
- Warranty
- If they stop performing correctly while you own the vehicle, they’re covered under warranty. No loopholes or fine print.
- Made in the USA
- Every floor liner is made in the USA, like every TigerTough seat cover.
Side-by-sides, now available
TigerTough’s newest covers fit side-by-sides, cut to the seat like every truck cover.
The range also covers semis and heavy-duty trucks, ag and turf equipment, and heavy equipment cabs. If it has a seat and it works for a living, ask us.
Work trucks and fleets
Work trucks live hard lives. Mud, sweat, grease, tools, lunch spills, and constant in-and-out wear destroy factory seats fast.
Covered seats stay intact instead of torn and stained. Trucks hold resale or trade-in value and you eliminate the risk of lease chargebacks. Drivers don’t sit on ripped vinyl or foam by year two.
When TigerTough asked customers what seat damage cost them, repairing or replacing one seat averaged $632.50, before counting the days the truck sat waiting. Every cover carries TigerTough’s unconditional warranty; how long depends on the line and the vehicle, so ask us for yours.
Who uses them
What we need to order yours
Covers are made for the exact seat, so the order starts with the vehicle. Have these ready when you ask for a quote.
Then the line, the color, which seats (driver only, or driver and passenger), and any embroidery or seatback pockets. Pockets are sewn on when the cover is made, so they are ordered with it.
