We assisted  by locating a suitable unit and outfitting it with custom toolboxes and a hydraulic-operated air compressor. The goal was to ensure the vehicle could be placed in service as quickly as possible while still meeting critical operational needs. The finished build resulted in a fully functional, mission-ready unit designed for maximum efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance in the field.

This unit was equipped with a low-profile light bar designed to maintain a clean, appealing look when not in operation. When activated, the light bar delivers a powerful punch of visibility, ensuring the vehicle can operate safely even in harsh weather conditions. This upgrade strikes the perfect balance between professional appearance and uncompromised safety performance.

We outfitted this unit with a full-size LED light bar that includes takedown lights and alley lights for added versatility. These features allow the system to function not only as an warning light but also as powerful work lighting when needed. By combining multiple functions into one product, this upgrade provides 360° visibility, improved roadside safety, and cost-effective performance—making it ideal for emergency vehicles, utility trucks, and worksite applications.

This unit was equipped with a light bar mounted to the bed’s headache rack, maximizing visibility by positioning it at the vehicle’s highest point. The setup allows the unit to be seen in all directions at all times, greatly improving safety on the road. In addition, the system features integrated turn signals and warning lights, enhancing rear visibility and providing extra protection while performing roadside work.
